Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Litigation and Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in handling complex litigation cases and providing strategic commercial legal advice to our clients.
Responsibilities include representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and advising on commercial contracts. The successful applicant must demonstrate a strong understanding of both litigation processes and commercial law principles.
Qualifications include a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, active bar admission, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to thrive in this role.
