Job Summary:
Our client, StreSERT Integrated Limited, is an HMO with offices across the six geopolitical zones in the country.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Resolve enrollees’ inquiries and complaints.
– Log information for management analysis.
– Vet bills from the network facilities.
– Review claims against pre-authorized codes.
– Investigate any incidents of abuse and report to Management.
Education:
Graduate Professional Nurse with a First Degree from an accredited Baccalaureate Nursing Program. Must be a registered practitioner.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nurse and Midwifery Professional.
