Job Description
Getpayed is a banking and payment solutions company dedicated to providing a reliable, efficient, and secure digital payment experience in Nigeria and beyond. We are currently seeking a Customer Retention Officer to join our team.
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Address customer concerns promptly.
- Analyze feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 monthly plus benefits.
Requirements
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Good Communication Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
