Job Description
Windspeed Innovative is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Loan Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients overcome financial challenges and a strong understanding of loan recovery processes.
In this role, you will contact borrowers in default, negotiate repayment terms, and manage recovery cases, all while adhering to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in collections or loan recovery. A background in finance or a related field is preferred.
