Job Description
Ant-Shopping, a subsidiary of RSIN Group, has been a key player in various industries since its establishment in 2003. Headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, we primarily operate in Nigeria and other Western African countries. We are seeking a Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chinese HR manager with departmental tasks.
- Track and implement daily operations.
- Manage local recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff.
- Handle attendance, salary inputs, calculations, and other benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
