Job Description
Prime Watermark Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders, supervise food preparation and cooking, and ensure that food plating and temperature meet our high standards.
Key responsibilities include establishing portion sizes, scheduling kitchen staff shifts, pricing menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Management, and ordering food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,00.00 per month
Education: Post-secondary (technical & vocational) (Required)
Experience: 2 years in a kitchen supervisory role (Required)
