Job Description
Salve Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior HR Officer to design and implement employee learning and performance programs. The successful candidate will manage training initiatives, oversee performance appraisals, and support leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning and development strategies.
- Implement training programs and track progress.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and support leadership development.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5+ years of experience in training and performance management; strong proficiency in HRIS and LMS.
Benefits: Salary: N300,00 – N350,00/month, pension, life assurance, HMO, and leave allowance.
