Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks to support our daily operations. Key duties include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and assisting other staff members with various tasks as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have strong attention to detail. Previous office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
