Job Description

Job Summary:

Sophie Michael Consulting is seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to our CEO. You will be pivotal in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include providing executive-level support, managing complex schedules and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and acting as a liaison between executives and stakeholders. We value professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
