Job Description
Scruples Resources is seeking a motivated Business Analyst I to solve organizational problems by analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and designing solutions. You will conduct interviews with key project stakeholders, document findings, and present results. Your recommendations on process improvements and alternate solutions are vital. Furthermore, you will assist business users, project managers, and leadership in optimizing project scopes, benefits, and risks while facilitating necessary change management efforts. Candidates should have skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Visio and MS Office is required.
