Job Description
AAFES is hiring a Customer Experience Associate responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive, customer-focused behaviors and actions. You will actively evaluate customers’ needs by listening, offering practical solutions, and making recommendations to maximize satisfaction and reinforce Exchange brand loyalty. Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy are required to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior customer service experience preferred.
