Job Description
We are hiring a Front Desk Officer to welcome visitors and support daily office operations.
You will manage front desk duties, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle mail, and maintain a professional lobby.
Required: high school diploma, excellent communication, basic computer skills, friendly attitude, and ability to multitask.
Preferred: 1 year customer service experience and familiarity with reservation systems.
