Job Description
Lead technical operations by overseeing system performance, incident response, and process improvements. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement operational best practices, monitor KPIs, and automate routine tasks. Provide expert guidance on troubleshooting, capacity planning, and change management. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 5+ years in technical operations or SRE, strong scripting skills (Python/Bash), experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and monitoring tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills expected.
