Job Description
We are seeking an organized Assistant Accountant to support daily finance operations. Responsibilities include processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assisting with monthly close and basic financial reporting. The ideal candidate has an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar), strong attention to detail, and 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. This is a great opportunity to grow within a small, collaborative finance team.
