Job Description

We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Systems Support Officer to manage, configure, and support Dynamics 365 and related IT systems. Responsibilities include system administration, user support, troubleshooting, data integrity, integrations, testing updates, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders to improve processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience with Dynamics 365, strong SQL and Power Platform knowledge, familiarity with Azure AD, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus. This role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
