Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project and Administrative Personal Assistant to support project coordination, administrative tasks, and personal support for senior management. Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, document management, tracking project timelines, preparing reports, liaising with teams and vendors, and handling confidential information. Requirements: 2+ years of administrative or project support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and project tools, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to multitask. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Flexible, problem-solving attitude and professional English required.
