Job Description
The Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff partners with the CEO to manage daily operations, calendars, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional communications. Responsibilities include meeting preparation, project coordination, stakeholder liaison, travel arrangements, and handling confidential information. We seek a proactive professional with 5+ years supporting senior leaders, strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. The role requires discretion, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize competing demands to drive executive effectiveness.
