Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Project Admin Assistant will provide reliable, accurate, efficient and professional Project administration and coordination support to the Project Coordinator.

Office Location: OGUDU/OJOTA, Lagos (Residential proximity to this office is an added advantage)

Work model: ONSITE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Team. This includes processing travel requests, typing letters, creating documents, scanning and email, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Frequent internal communication with other departments professionally.
  • Provide support linked to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the Project team and the Company.
  • Updating required databases and systems, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare timely and accurate project-related reports including contracted business, commenced business, project pipeline and other departmental reports.
  • Receive, register, scan and track vendors’ invoices and approvals
  • To ensure that confidentiality is respected and maintained always.
  • To perform any other duty as directed by line management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Tertiary degree preferred.
  • Smart and proactive
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Basic data entry skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,00.00 per month
