Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to manage purchasing and vendor relationships. You will process purchase orders, track deliveries, maintain supplier records, support contract administration, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires coordinating with internal teams to forecast needs, control costs, and resolve supply issues. Proficiency in MS Excel and an ERP system is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and attention to detail are essential. Minimum 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent are required.
