Job Description
ACDC Dynamics seeks an Invoicing Clerk to process and maintain retail invoices: verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, enter accounting data, resolve vendor and internal discrepancies, support monthly reconciliations and audits. Requires high school diploma (accounting coursework a plus), invoicing or retail accounting experience, strong Excel and accounting software skills, attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to meet deadlines. POS, inventory, and AP/AR experience preferred.
