Job Description
We are seeking an organized Executive Assistant to support our Brand Management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and project coordination.
Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating meetings, and liaising with internal and external partners.
Qualifications: 2+ years supporting senior staff, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
