Job Description
Adkan Services Nigeria Limited seeks a full-time Quantity Surveyor responsible for cost estimating, budgeting, BOQ preparation, contract administration, and tendering for construction and civil projects. Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, or a related field, have 3–5 years’ relevant experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., CostX, WinQS). Familiarity with construction methods, materials, legal regulations, and NIQS registration (or in-progress) is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills are essential.
