Job Description
Adron Homes & Properties Ltd seeks a proactive Human Resources Officer in Lagos with 2–3 years’ HR experience to support and drive HR operations. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, maintaining staff records, attendance and performance documentation, and providing HR support to management and employees. Requirements: relevant HR qualification or related field, proven HR operations experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with discretion and professionalism. Full-time. Pay: ₦150,00–₦180,00 per month.
