Job Description
Adron Homes, a leading Real Estate and Property Development Company, is seeking a dedicated Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our affordable real estate properties designed for low to medium-income earners.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, coupled with a customer service orientation. Strong communication abilities and a motivation to exceed sales targets are essential. While experience in real estate sales is a plus, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
