Adron Homes seeks a driven Commission Sales Associate to join our real estate team in Ibadan and Oyo State. This full-time, commission-based role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, presenting offers, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Ideal candidates have prior sales or real estate experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently.
