Job Description
Advans La Fayette Microfinance Bank is seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer to manage client loans, improve our loan portfolio, and cultivate a strong customer base. This role entails spending over 70% of the time in the field, interacting with clients in commercial areas.
Responsibilities: Include client relationship management, customer service, sales and business development, account management, and compliance with risk management.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND, 1 year of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Competitive salary: NGN 150,00 – 350,00, negotiable.
