Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Deposit to lead deposit strategy, product development, and operations. You will design competitive deposit products, manage rates and liquidity, grow retail and corporate deposit balances, oversee branch and digital channels, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with treasury and risk teams. Required: 8+ years in deposit or retail banking, Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, strong leadership, analytical, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills, plus experience with digital distribution. Proven record in deposit growth and pricing strategy is preferred.
