Job Description
African Pits & Quarries Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of HSE Inspector. The job is located in Enugu and is a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and safety audits.
- Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the implementation of HSE programs and policies.
- Support incident investigations and preventive measures.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and risk assessment.
- Relevant HSE certifications are a plus.
