▪ Facilitate working sessions, workshops and leadership briefings, and support proposals, sponsor updates and external positioning materials as required.

Client Onboarding & Management:

▪ Lead onboarding and readiness including baseline data requests, orientation sessions, access management and delivery scheduling.

▪ Guide organisations through the assessment and action planning journey, resolving issues quickly and maintaining stakeholder engagement.

▪ Ensure confidentiality and evidence handling expectations including secure storage, access control and appropriate audit trails, and track delivery health and impact metrics to inform scale.
