Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling and product advice
- Promote and sell fashion products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain deep knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and brand story
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Ensure the store is clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist with stock receiving, tagging, shelving, and stock counts
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Adhere to company policies, customer service standards, and loss prevention procedures
Key Requirements
- Minimum of ND, HND or B.sc
- 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in the fashion retail space is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage
Compensation Structure
- Basic salary of N120,00 – N150,00 depending on experience
