Job Description

AIG MEDIA PRO is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints promptly.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
