Job Description
AIM Consultants Ltd. is seeking a full-time Project Architect to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, developing project plans, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with building regulations while maintaining quality control. You will effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Qualifications include proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, experience with Submittals, strong Project Management skills, and a Master’s degree in Architecture. ARCON registration and NIA membership are a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
