Job Description
Al Tannan General Trading LLC seeks a full-time Remote Customer Service Administrator to handle customer inquiries (phone, email, messaging); process orders, reports, and internal documents; maintain Excel records; coordinate with internal teams; and perform general administrative duties. Requires 2+ years in customer service or administration, strong spoken/written English, basic Excel, excellent communication and organization, and ability to work independently.
