Job Description
Alan & Grant seeks a Head of Administration and Institutional Support to lead HR, administration, facilities, logistics, procurement, and compliance documentation while maintaining internal support systems. You will oversee onboarding, manage facility logistics, supervise administrative staff, ensure documentation integrity, and coordinate procurement with the Finance Lead. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with 7+ years of administrative or operations experience, proven multi-unit operations oversight, strong process and compliance management skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities. The role requires proactive problem-solving and effective cross-functional collaboration.
