Job Description
The Project Construction Manager will lead commercial and infrastructure builds from planning through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, safety compliance, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating permits, supervising site teams, managing risk, and preparing progress reports. Required: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 7+ years of construction project experience, strong leadership, contract negotiation, and problem-solving skills. PMP or construction management certification and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera are preferred. Excellent communication and commitment to safety and quality are essential.
