Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Savings Mobilization Officer located in Lagos. The Savings Mobilization Officer will be responsible for mobilizing savings from individuals and businesses, promoting savings products, conducting customer outreach, and providing financial education to clients.

  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Experience in financial services or microfinance
  • Knowledge of savings products and financial literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
