Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that boost employee performance and engagement. You will collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps, create instructional materials, and facilitate workshops and e-learning.
Requirements: 3+ years in corporate training or HR L&D, strong instructional design and facilitation skills, experience with LMS and assessment tools, excellent communication, and project management abilities.
