Job Description

Alli Smith Global Investments seeks an Office Assistant responsible for keeping the office supplied and organized. Duties include overseeing clerical tasks (sorting and sending mail), maintaining files and inventories of office supplies and ordering as needed, welcoming visitors, answering phones, taking and delivering messages, scheduling meetings and sending invites, typing and taking notes during meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This full-time, permanent role offers ₦50,00.00 per month.
