Job Description
Alpha-Phoenix Consults seeks a Procurement Officer (Full-time) based in Victoria Island. You will source, negotiate, and manage suppliers and contracts, enforce procurement policies, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure cost-effective, timely purchasing while collaborating with finance and operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ proven procurement experience, strong negotiation and vendor-management skills, solid understanding of procurement processes and cost control, and high integrity with attention to detail.
