Job Description
The Server (Waitress) will welcome guests, take and confirm orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. You will keep dining areas clean, clear tables promptly, support cashiers with accurate billing, and report issues to supervisors. Candidates must have a minimum SSCE; prior waitress or customer-service experience is a plus. Required: good communication, neat appearance, ability to work shifts (including weekends and holidays), physical stamina, punctuality, and teamwork. KPIs include customer satisfaction, order accuracy, service speed, hygiene compliance, and attendance. Full-time role, pay ₦70,00–₦90,00/month. Employer: Amala360 Degrees Ltd.
