Job Description
Ameera Ventures Limited seeks a full-time Pastry Chef to lead our kitchen. You will maintain high food quality, organize, train and motivate staff, develop menus aligned with our customers and resources, ensure cleanliness and consistency in taste, texture and presentation, control costs and minimize waste, manage proper storage, train aspiring chefs, and meet expected financial returns. Requirements: culinary degree/diploma with 3 years’ experience or secondary school with 7 years’ experience (no more than two employers); pastry production experience; strong communication; able to work under pressure; basic alphanumeric literacy; living near Ajah preferred. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From ₦250,00.00 per month.
