Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources and Administrative Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, and office administration. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, coordinating interviews, assisting benefits administration, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years HR/admin experience, strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills, and attention to confidentiality. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work with diverse teams is required. This role reports to the HR Manager and supports daily administrative functions.
