Job Description
We are hiring an on-site Sales & Enrollment Specialist in Victoria Island, Lagos. Full-time role with an attractive, negotiable salary. Manage leads through the full sales and enrollment cycle, execute inbound/outbound strategies, conduct client consultations, optimize the enrollment funnel, use GoHighLevel CRM, track pipeline and prepare weekly reports. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Communications, 3+ years of sales experience (EdTech/training preferred), excellent communication and presentation skills, a results-driven mindset, and proficiency with sales tools. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries across calls, email and social, supporting marketing, developing scripts/FAQs, and identifying upsell opportunities.
