Job Description
Ansaldo People Solutions Limited is seeking a Human Resource Officer to provide administrative support to the Director of the school. This role includes assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in an educational setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws. Professional certifications in HR are a plus.
