Requirements
- Min BSc/HND in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- Chartered Member of CIPM (very desirable).
- Experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, compliance).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.
