Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee daily operations of a private estate, including property maintenance, staff supervision, vendor coordination, budgets, security, event planning, and scheduling. The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing large residences or estates, strong leadership and communication skills, a practical maintenance background, and discretion. Responsibilities include supervising grounds and household staff, managing contractors, maintaining schedules and inventories, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and preparing budgets and reports. Valid driver’s license and flexible hours required. Professionalism, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.
