Job Description
We are seeking an IT Site Support in Apapa to maintain on-site IT operations and ensure uptime for desktops, networks, and printers. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and configure systems, manage user accounts, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with remote teams for escalations. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of IT support experience, knowledge of Windows/Linux, basic networking (TCP/IP, switches), and strong customer service skills. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus. Must be available for occasional after-hours support and able to work on-site in Apapa.
