Job Description

At Apple Devices, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Manager to support our daily operations in both HR and administration. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in HR functions, office management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding.
  • Address HR policy queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR and administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication skills.
