Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition & Retention Officer to drive customer growth and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This role is key to expanding the company’s customer base and ensuring repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for recycling services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Track customer interactions and prepare simple reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
