Job Description
We are hiring a MEL & Research Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities and manage research projects. Responsibilities include designing MEL frameworks, developing indicators, overseeing data collection and analysis, producing evidence-based reports, and guiding adaptive program learning. The manager will supervise staff, coordinate with partners and donors, ensure data quality, and present findings to stakeholders. Qualifications: 5+ years in MEL or research, advanced degree in social sciences, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, proven experience with analysis software (R, Stata, SPSS), excellent report writing, and leadership ability.
